Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional customer support including greeting shoppers, aiding with product choices, promoting merchandise and services, assisting in locating items, supporting purchasing decisions, and addressing or escalating customer issues.
• Manage coverage of designated sales floor areas and step in to assist the Front End when needed, ensuring smooth communication with teammates to maintain adequate coverage and meet shopper needs.
• Maintain merchandising order by zoning assigned sections, keeping the floor tidy, relocating feature merchandise to appropriate spots, and processing returned or recovered items from customer service or around the store.
• Perform stocking duties including receiving merchandise, picking stock, downstocking as necessary, applying protective measures to products, and setting up merchandising displays such as modulars and flexible shelf caps.
• Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness by complying with company policies, conducting regular safety inspections, logging activities, and securing fixtures and displays properly.
• Exhibit scheduling flexibility by being willing to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, aligned with business requirements.

Challenges

• Handle a large workload efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting, notably managing overnight shifts while maintaining energy and focus.
• Endure physical demands such as standing long periods, bending, lifting items weighing up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Compensation
