About the Role

As a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play an essential role in delivering outstanding customer service while managing the presentation and stocking of all fashion merchandise. You will work within a team to plan and complete daily retail activities, including seasonal display setups, all while maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them by promoting products and services, guiding merchandise selection, resolving issues, and referring concerns appropriately.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, completing safety checks, and ensuring displays and fixtures are stable and secure.
• Handle the processing and restocking of fashion merchandise.
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized to enhance customer shopping experience.
• Merchandise non-modular fashion items effectively and ensure proper use and replacement of fixtures and supplies as needed.
• Implement correct signage based on merchandising guidelines.
• Replenish and showcase seasonal merchandise promptly and attractively.

Compensation

The base pay rate for this position begins at $18.10 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
