Key Responsibilities

• Offer friendly, professional assistance by greeting customers, guiding product choices, promoting offerings, locating items, supporting purchase decisions, and addressing or escalating customer concerns.
• Maintain coverage across assigned sales floor zones and support Front End operations as needed, coordinating with team members to ensure ongoing customer service.
• Keep the sales floor tidy and organized by zoning assigned areas, positioning featured products appropriately, and handling recovery items from Customer Service and other store areas.
• Stock merchandise, manage downstocking, apply product protection, and set up or update modular displays.
• Ensure work area safety by adhering to company policies, conducting safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Be flexible to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.

Challenges Associated with the Role

• Manage a substantial volume of tasks in a fast-moving environment, particularly during overnight shifts, while maintaining energy and focus.
• Efficiently handle repetitive physical work such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting items up to 50 lbs., stocking, and organizing products to preserve quality standards.

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this position is $16.90 per hour.
