Key Responsibilities

• Offer warm and professional customer interactions by greeting shoppers, assisting with product choices, promoting merchandise and services, guiding customers to items, aiding purchase decisions, and resolving or directing any concerns.
• Manage designated sales floor areas and provide support at the Front End as necessary, ensuring continuous floor coverage with team communication to meet customer needs.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales floor through zoning, relocating featured merchandise appropriately, and processing recovery stock from various store areas.
• Handle stocking duties including replenishment, downstocking, applying product protections, and setting modular displays, including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Ensure a safe, tidy, and hazard-free workspace by adhering to company policies, completing safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Be flexible with scheduling by working various shifts, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support business demands and deliver consistent service quality.

Challenges in this Role

• Effectively handle high-volume tasks in a fast-paced setting, including managing overnight shifts to maintain focus and energy.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Carry out repetitive duties like stocking and organizing products consistently to uphold store standards.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.
