Key Responsibilities

• Offer warm and professional assistance to customers by greeting them, aiding product choices, promoting products and services, helping locate items, supporting purchasing decisions, and managing or directing customer issues as necessary.
• Maintain coverage of assigned sales floor sections and provide help at the Front End when needed, coordinating with team members to ensure consistent floor presence and meet customer demands.
• Keep assigned areas clean and organized by zoning the sales floor, relocating featured products to their designated places, and handling recovery merchandise from Customer Service and other store areas.
• Carry out stocking duties including picking, downstocking, applying product protection, and setting up modular displays, encompassing flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness by adhering to company policies, completing safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Be adaptable to a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support smooth store operations and deliver dependable customer service.

Challenges to Expect

• Managing a high volume of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting, including overnight hours, by organizing your time and energy effectively.
• Handling consistent physical activities such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items up to 20 lbs regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Performing repetitive duties like stocking and zoning with precision to maintain high store standards.

Compensation

The starting wage for this role is $16.15 per hour.
