Role and Responsibilities
Your main duty as General Manager is to operate a profitable restaurant ensuring top-notch quality, service, and cleanliness. Collaborating with your leadership, you will set goals for the restaurant and develop strategic plans to meet them. You will lead a dedicated team of Department Managers, helping them establish and track their objectives while providing ongoing coaching and guidance. By strengthening individual departments, you contribute to the overall improvement of the restaurant.
You may also oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers, ensuring your team is equipped to lead effectively into the future.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a General Manager at busy locations is preferred, especially with quick service restaurants. Backgrounds in hospitality or retail are also relevant. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a managerial position.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is $57,000 annually. Benefits include 10 days of paid vacation, comprehensive medical coverage, life insurance, and educational support through the Archways to Opportunity program featuring high school completion, college tuition assistance, and ESL classes.
