Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of restaurant management including food preparation, customer experience, and supervising managers and crew members
• Lead proactive planning and management of personnel processes such as recruitment, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance evaluations
• Provide training, coaching, and motivation to the team to enhance performance
• Make strategic decisions related to inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management
• Maintain food safety standards in compliance with McDonald's excellence criteria
• Ensure workplace safety for both guests and employees
• Manage operational requirements including implementation of maintenance plans to uphold high standards

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Genuine passion for serving customers and supporting team members
• A minimum of one year’s experience in leadership, motivation, or development of others, or equivalent experience in the US Military
• Strong commitment to workplace excellence and safety
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Effective communication skills with the ability to anticipate customer needs
• Capable of problem-solving and making decisions efficiently in a fast-paced environment
