General Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead a profitable McDonald's restaurant located in Becker, MN. This position is pivotal in ensuring the restaurant achieves high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness while driving business success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to meet financial and customer experience goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant objectives and develop strategic plans.
• Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to enhance departmental performance.
• Recruit, hire, and nurture Department and Shift Managers to build a capable and motivated team.
  • Ensure the restaurant maintains McDonald's critical standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience in restaurant management, customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify for managerial responsibilities.
