About the Role
This job opening is at a McDonald's restaurant managed by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee operates the restaurant using McDonald’s branding and products but acts as a distinct employer responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, supervision, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no control or involvement in employment decisions for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and achieve restaurant goals.
- Lead and guide Department Managers by setting objectives, monitoring their progress, and coaching for improvement.
- Ensure the restaurant operates profitably and consistently upholds McDonald’s customer service standards.
- Recruit and develop managerial staff to maintain a capable leadership team for the restaurant’s ongoing success.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a reliable means of transportation to the workplace.
- Committed to meeting high standards of customer experience and cleanliness.

- Starting total compensation from $60,000 annually, depending on background and experience.
