Role Overview
As General Manager at Wendy's, you will be the driving force behind your restaurant's success, responsible for managing all personnel and operational aspects. Your role is crucial in fostering a positive and engaging workplace that reflects Wendy's core values consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Together with your leadership team, you will cultivate a culture focused on consistent quality and outstanding performance. Qualifications
