General Manager (Store Manager)

Position Overview

This role demands overseeing a profitable fast-food restaurant, ensuring adherence to McDonald's stringent standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager collaborates with leadership to set targets and develop strategies to reach those objectives.

Leadership Responsibilities

The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, guiding them in goal-setting, monitoring their progress, and offering coaching to elevate departmental performance which, in turn, enhances overall restaurant success. Responsibilities also include hiring and nurturing Department and Shift Managers to build a competent leadership team for the future.

Candidate Qualifications

Applicants should possess at least two years of experience managing high-volume locations as General Managers or Store Managers. Prior experience in quick-service restaurants is highly preferred, with hospitality and retail backgrounds also considered valuable. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and successfully pass a background check.

Compensation

Starting salary ranges between $50,000 and $65,000 annually.
