Key Responsibilities
The General Manager oversees the operations of a profitable restaurant, ensuring adherence to high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Collaborating with leadership, you will set ambitious goals and devise strategies to reach them.
You will lead a team of Department Managers by assisting in goal setting, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to enhance each department's performance, thereby improving overall restaurant outcomes.
Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a competent leadership team is also a vital aspect of the role.
Requirements
Previous experience as a General Manager at busy locations is essential. Experience within quick service restaurants is highly preferred; alternatively, backgrounds in hospitality or retail are also considered.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range is $50,000 to $75,000. Additional benefits include:
