Responsibilities
- Oversee profitable restaurant operations ensuring compliance with high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish restaurant goals and devise actionable plans.
- Lead Department Managers by helping them set targets, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to improve their areas.
- Recruit and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Requirements
- Proven past experience as a General Manager in busy high-volume locations.
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred; hospitality or retail field experience also valued.
- Minimum age of 18 years as required for managerial roles in corporate-owned restaurants.
Compensation and Perks
The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 annually. Besides competitive pay, benefits include paid holidays, vacation time, a sabbatical every ten years, profit sharing, medical/dental/vision insurance, and educational programs such as opportunities to earn high school diplomas, college tuition assistance, and ESL classes.
