Role Overview

As a GTM Program Manager, you will lead the entire creative review and policy operations, encompassing content policy formulation, optimizing review workflows, managing global vendor relations, and driving AI-powered automation to keep Moloco's go-to-market activities compliant, efficient, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of creative review programs, policy enforcement, and vendor operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and rapid response times.
• Develop and maintain global content policies and operational processes, evolving them as tools and risks change.
• Produce detailed documentation and training materials on best practices, escalation protocols, and policy updates for internal teams.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance efficiency, reduce resource constraints, and boost service quality.
• Monitor program performance via structured KPIs, automated tracking, and provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Collaborate across Sales, Supply, Legal, and Product teams to align priorities, make informed decisions, and maintain program coherence with business goals.
• Influence the product roadmap by interpreting operational challenges into clear technical requirements, prioritized through data analytics.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in program management focusing on global policy development, GTM strategy, process optimization, or vendor management, preferably in resource-constrained start-up settings; consulting experience beneficial.
• Strong accountability and results-oriented mindset, capable of driving outcomes independently in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.
• Proficiency in data-driven problem solving including root cause analysis and transforming complex data into clear operational decisions.
• Experience applying AI to streamline operational processes, build automation, and develop scalable solutions; AI agent development expertise is a plus.
• Adept at managing diverse stakeholder needs, balancing competing demands, and facilitating consensus-driven solutions.
• Skilled in creating comprehensive documentation, training, and policy materials that institutionalize best practices and facilitate operational excellence.
• Effective prioritization skills to handle multiple concurrent projects under tight schedules without sacrificing quality standards.
• Fluency in English communication.
