About the Role
This opportunity is with an independently owned McDonald's franchise restaurant, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee handles all employment matters, including hiring, supervision, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not partake in employment decisions or retain application information.

Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant to achieve profitable operations while ensuring adherence to McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish restaurant goals and formulate effective plans to meet them.
- Manage and guide Department Managers by helping them set department targets, monitoring progress, and coaching to enhance their performance.
- Oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership team that drives future success.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably have previous General Manager experience managing high-volume quick service restaurant locations.
- Experience in hospitality or retail sectors is accepted; quick service restaurant background is strongly preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a managerial role in corporate-operated McDonald’s restaurants.
