About the Role

This position is for a General Manager role with a restaurant licensed by an independent franchisee using McDonald's branding and products. Note that the franchisee is a distinct company and the direct employer, responsible for all employment facets such as hiring, supervision, and scheduling. Responsibilities

• Manage operations to ensure profitability and uphold McDonald's thorough standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with leadership to define restaurant goals and devise actionable plans for achievement.
• Lead and mentor Department Managers by assisting in their goal setting, monitoring progress, and delivering coaching to optimize their departmental performance.
• Oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to maintain a capable leadership team for sustained success.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager running high-volume establishments, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors.
• Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire teams and foster a positive work environment.
• Capability to multitask and manage various duties inherent to fast-paced restaurant settings.
