General Manager

Responsibilities

As a vital member of the management team, you will work collaboratively with your leader to establish and pursue restaurant goals through strategic planning. You will supervise a group of Department Managers, guiding them to set departmental objectives, monitor progress, and provide coaching, which collectively enhances restaurant performance. Recruitment and development of Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership pipeline also fall under your remit.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in restaurant or customer service roles is preferred
• A valid driver's license is necessary
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old

Ideal candidates bring proven experience managing high-volume quick service restaurant locations or have backgrounds in hospitality or retail.
