Main Responsibilities
The General Manager ensures the restaurant operates profitably while consistently meeting McDonald's stringent standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Partnering with leadership, they establish restaurant goals and devise strategic plans to achieve these targets. Leadership extends to managing a team of Department Managers, supporting them in goal-setting, progress monitoring, coaching, and guidance to enhance department performance and overall restaurant success. Additionally, the General Manager may oversee hiring and professional development of Department and Shift Managers to sustain strong future leadership within the restaurant.
Additional Information
Compensation ranges between $50,000 and $65,000 annually for certified General Managers. Please note, this position is with an independently owned and operated franchisee, not McDonald's Corporation or McDonald's USA, LLC. The franchisee solely governs all employment decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, scheduling, and staffing policies. McDonald's Corporation does not receive or review applications and is not responsible for employment practices related to this job. Employment will be directly with the franchisee, not corporate McDonald's.
