Overview
This role positions you as the General Manager responsible for overseeing all personnel and operational aspects of a Wendy's restaurant. Your key focus is fostering an engaging, welcoming work environment while embodying Wendy's core principles daily.
Key Responsibilities
Working alongside your leadership team, you will cultivate a culture that drives consistent high performance throughout all areas of the restaurant. This encompasses enhancing customer service, employee training and development, expanding sales and profits, and enforcing team accountability. You will be in charge of managing profit and loss statements, controlling operational expenses, and targeting profit objectives by identifying avenues to boost revenue, improve service, and optimize processes.
Requirements and Skills
- At least three years of leadership experience managing teams.
- Proven capability to direct and operate efficiently within a high-speed work environment.
- Adaptability regarding work scheduling.
- Commitment to enforcing proper procedures and fostering a culture emphasizing food safety standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 to $67,000 annually.
