About the Employer

This position is with an independently owned franchisee that operates a McDonald's restaurant licensed to use McDonald's trademarks and products. This franchisee, not McDonald's USA, handles all employment decisions including hiring, supervision, discipline, and scheduling.

Role Summary

As General Manager, you will be accountable for running a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's strict standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. You'll collaborate with your supervisors to establish goals and devise plans for success. Leading a team of Department Managers, you will guide and coach them towards achieving departmental objectives and improving overall restaurant performance.

Your leadership scope may include hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for continued growth.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant has previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for management roles in corporate-owned McDonald's restaurants.
