Role Overview

The General Manager is accountable for leading a profitable restaurant operation by upholding McDonald’s highest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This position involves setting strategic goals alongside leadership and executing plans to achieve them.

The General Manager supervises a team of at least three Department Managers, assisting them in establishing goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to enhance departmental and restaurant performance. The role might also include tasks related to recruiting and onboarding Department and Shift Managers, facilitating a strong leadership pipeline.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Preferred candidates possess prior experience managing high-volume McDonald’s restaurants or comparable roles in quick service, hospitality, or retail sectors. Eligibility requires applicants to be at least 18 years old.
