Job description
Role Overview
The General Manager acts as the primary leader of a restaurant location, playing a critical part in driving its success. Key responsibilities include focusing on achieving sales targets, managing employee performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and operational practices. The GM utilizes established systems and processes to boost profitability, enhance guest satisfaction, and nurture team development. This position directly reports to the District Manager.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in management roles.
- Completion of high school education.
- Previous experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
