Job description
Overview
The General Manager serves as the primary leader and driving force behind the success of an individual restaurant. This role is dedicated to achieving sales targets, managing employee performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Utilizing established systems and processes, the GM aims to optimize profitability, deliver excellent guest experiences, and cultivate a strong team environment. The position reports directly to the District Manager.
Requirements
- At least two years of management experience in a relevant setting.
- Completed high school education.
- Experience working in a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is necessary.
Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
