Job description
Role Overview
The General Manager serves as the primary leader of a restaurant, responsible for ensuring its overall success. This role focuses on driving sales targets, overseeing staff performance, and enforcing company policies to optimize profitability and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The General Manager utilizes established systems and processes to manage operations efficiently and cultivate team development. Reporting is directly to the District Manager.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a management position.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environments is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
