The Role

We are expanding rapidly, opening new locations nearly every day, and need dynamic General Managers to lead, inspire teams, and drive business success. In this role, you will lead by example, recruit and develop staff, maintain an outstanding customer experience, and oversee restaurant operations to foster a winning culture and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest service with a focus on quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation.
• Coach and support crew members, shift leaders, and apprentices using Chipotle's training resources.
• Oversee accurate and timely fulfillment of digital orders.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, P&L oversight, sales forecasting, and recruitment.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dining areas and the entire restaurant.
• Adhere strictly to food safety protocols, operational procedures, and compliance standards.
• Drive financial goals by meeting annual sales targets and managing cash flow effectively.
• Work a flexible schedule covering lunch, dinner, and weekends to provide leadership across operating hours.

Candidate Profile

• Strong passion for hospitality with a guest-first mindset.
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and positive demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to develop and lead teams.
• Prior restaurant management experience, including skills in scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and hiring.
• Innovative in marketing and community engagement strategies to boost sales.

Physical Requirements

The position requires working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with extensive periods on foot (up to 10 hours daily). Lifting up to 50 lbs (25 kg), working in variable temperature conditions, food tasting, preparation, and effective communication with team members and customers are essential job functions.

Salary ranges from 55000 to 74500 annually, based on experience, skills, and local regulations.
