About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead and inspire our team at a busy quick service restaurant. This role demands the ability to motivate personnel, manage financials, and resolve operational challenges efficiently. Responsibilities
The General Manager holds full responsibility for operating a profitable restaurant that achieves McDonald’s stringent standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will define targets for the restaurant and establish action plans to reach them. Your leadership extends to managing Department Managers by assisting them in goal-setting, tracking progress, and delivering coaching to enhance their areas. This cascading improvement strategy ensures overall restaurant success. Hiring and developing both Department and Shift Managers is also a key duty to build a capable leadership team for sustained growth.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess prior experience managing high-volume restaurant operations, preferably within quick service environments or related sectors like hospitality or retail. You should be at least 18 years old to qualify for this role in our franchise-operated restaurants.
