About the Role
This opportunity is for a General Manager position within a restaurant operated by an independent McDonald’s franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA corporate. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s branding and menu, but is fully responsible for all employment-related matters including staffing, supervision, and employment decisions.
As a General Manager, you will oversee the profitability and daily operations of the restaurant while ensuring compliance with McDonald’s exacting standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will partner with leadership to establish restaurant goals and develop strategies to meet them.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop Department Managers, guiding them to set departmental goals and improve performance.
- Provide coaching and support to managers to foster team success and operational excellence.
- Participate in hiring and training Department and Shift Managers to build a skilled management team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess prior experience managing a high-volume restaurant, preferably in the quick service industry, hospitality, or retail sectors. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for managerial roles.
