Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations including food preparation, guest services, and supervision of crew and management staff.

• Make important operational decisions regarding inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Strong passion for helping and serving customers and team members.
• At least one year of experience managing, motivating, or leading teams, or equivalent military service.
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve customer needs.
• Capable of making quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced setting.
