Overview
As a General Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure outstanding food production, exceptional guest service, and a superior overall experience. You will lead the team by directing crew members and managers to achieve operational excellence.
Key Duties
- Oversee all restaurant facets, including food prep and customer service, guiding both management and crew.
- Manage all human resources functions such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and staffing to maintain a strong team.
- Conduct performance management, training, coaching, and motivation initiatives to foster a productive work environment.
- Make informed business decisions regarding inventory, budgeting, and food ordering to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Implement and uphold strict food safety protocols aligned with company standards.
- Promote high standards of guest and employee safety to create a secure environment.
- Ensure maintenance plans and operational needs exceed company standards.
