About the Role
This position is for a restaurant operated by Opstad Consolidated Enterprises, Inc., an independent McDonald's franchisee. The franchisee independently manages all employment matters such as hiring, scheduling, and discipline, without involvement from McDonald's USA. Job Summary
The General Manager will oversee the profitable operation of the restaurant while ensuring high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities include setting restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership, managing and supporting Department Managers to achieve these objectives, and fostering development of the managerial team to maintain strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all aspects of restaurant operations to meet profitability and performance targets.
- Work closely with Department Managers to set individual goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching for improvement.
- Hire and mentor Department and Shift Managers to build a robust leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with McDonald’s customer service standards focusing on quality, cleanliness, and efficient service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in quick service restaurants is required; McDonald's management experience is highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting weekly pay range of $1,124 to $1,200, negotiable based on experience.
- Annual salary between $58,000 and $65,000.
- Monthly bonus incentives.
