Franchisee Employer Notice
This position is offered by an independently owned franchisee of McDonald's, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to operate using McDonald's branding and products but functions as a separate employer. Job Overview
As a General Manager, you will oversee the profitable operation of a McDonald's restaurant, ensuring it meets stringent standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. You will collaborate with your leadership to establish goals, devise plans, and lead a team towards achieving these objectives.
Team Leadership
You will guide a team of Department Managers by assisting with their goal-setting, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to enhance departmental performance, which in turn drives overall restaurant success. Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to secure strong leadership for the future may also be part of your role.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants will bring prior experience managing high-volume restaurants, particularly in quick service establishments, hospitality, or retail. Being at least 18 years old is required to qualify for managerial roles within corporate-owned McDonald's restaurants.
