Overview
This General Manager role is based in Noblesville, IN, at a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. As the GM, you will oversee a profitable restaurant while ensuring adherence to McDonald's high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will lead a team of Department Managers, supporting them to meet goals and enhance restaurant operations.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant performance to achieve profitability and maintain McDonald’s operational standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and realize restaurant objectives.
- Lead and coach Department Managers, monitoring their progress and providing guidance to improve departmental outcomes.
- Recruit, develop, and retain Department and Shift Managers to create a strong leadership team.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- At least 18 years of age (mandatory for managerial positions in corporate-owned McDonald's restaurants).
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range from $50,000 to $70,000, plus potential annual bonuses up to $17,500.
