About the Role
This opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, licensed to use McDonald's branding and menu. The franchisee acts as your direct employer, handling all employment-related responsibilities such as hiring, supervision, scheduling, and discipline, independently from McDonald's USA. McDonald's USA does not participate in the hiring process or employee management.

Key Responsibilities
The General Manager will ensure the restaurant operates profitably while adhering to McDonald's high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. Collaborating with leadership, you will establish and execute goals to drive success. You will lead and support Department Managers by setting targets, monitoring progress, and coaching for performance improvement. Recruitment and development of leadership teams such as Department and Shift Managers also falls under your remit to maintain a strong operational team.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
Ideal candidates have prior experience as General Manager of high-volume quick service or hospitality establishments, with a strong preference for quick service restaurant backgrounds. Candidates must be 18 years or older to hold management positions within corporate McDonald's restaurants.
