Overview

McDonald's Descher Organization seeks a General Manager committed to overseeing a profitable restaurant while maintaining the company's high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant operates profitably and upholds McDonald’s critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with leadership to define restaurant goals and formulate actionable plans to reach them.
• Lead and mentor Department Managers by assisting them in goal-setting, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing coaching to enhance departmental performance.
• Drive overall restaurant improvements through effective departmental leadership.
• Oversee the hiring and professional development of Department and Shift Managers to build a capable future leadership team.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager, preferably in managing high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is highly favored, with hospitality or retail experience as additional assets.
• Must be at least 18 years old to manage in corporate-owned and operated McDonald’s restaurants.
