Role Overview
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced hospitality leaders for General Manager roles within our growing portfolio in Western Australia. This senior leadership position entails overseeing all hotel operations, driving commercial success, enhancing guest satisfaction, and building high-performing teams while maintaining operational excellence and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations ensuring excellence in standards of presentation, service delivery, and financial results.
- Develop and execute strategic revenue plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor department heads across Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Front Office divisions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as Body Corporate, Strata Managers, and local partners.
- Ensure full compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS), licensing, and caretaking requirements.
- Identify operational areas needing improvement and implement effective strategic measures.
- Motivate and guide staff to cultivate a results-driven, engaged team culture.
Candidate Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior hospitality management roles such as General Manager or Resort Manager.
- Strong commercial insight with a track record of enhancing revenue and profitability.
- Experience leading multi-department hotel or resort operations.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences and exceptional service quality.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with effective stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- A proactive, hands-on leadership approach adaptable to changing business requirements.
- Preferred experience in regional, resort, or leisure-focused hospitality environments.
