Job Overview
We are looking for a General Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for leadership to oversee daily operations and lead the team at a busy restaurant location in Morgantown, WV. This role entails ensuring that all systems operate efficiently to achieve profitability while maintaining McDonald's high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
The General Manager will collaborate with the market leader to establish restaurant goals and develop strategies to reach them. Leading and managing the team is a central focus, including supporting Co-Managers and Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and coaching teams for continuous improvement. Additionally, the role requires hiring and developing management staff to ensure optimal staffing and leadership for future success.
