About the Role
This opportunity is for a General Manager position at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and managed by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to operate under McDonald’s brand and products but is a distinct employer responsible for all staffing, hiring, and employment decisions. McDonald’s USA is not involved in hiring processes or employment matters.
Compensation
Starting salary is $55,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the profitable and efficient operation of the restaurant adhering to McDonald’s high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and devise actionable plans to achieve them.
- Lead and support Department Managers by guiding goal-setting, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to enhance departmental effectiveness.
- Recruit, develop, and manage Department and Shift Managers to maintain a strong leadership team for the restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a General Manager managing high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
- Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this managerial role in corporate restaurants.
