Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee all in-restaurant operations including food preparation, customer service, and direct management of team members
• Lead proactive management of personnel activities such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance evaluation
• Provide training, coaching, and motivation to team members
• Make informed decisions concerning inventory, budgeting, and food purchase to ensure cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards as per McDonald’s guidelines
• Maintain rigorous safety standards for both guests and employees
• Manage operational requirements including maintenance to uphold superior standards

Required Profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Genuine enthusiasm for assisting and serving customers and colleagues
• Minimum of 1 year experience in leadership, motivation, or development roles, or service in the US Military
• Dedication to workplace excellence and safety
• Strong focus on customer service and support
• Effective communication skills and ability to anticipate customer needs
• Capability to offer solutions and make decisions in fast-paced settings
