Job description
Overview
This role involves leading and managing a profitable quick service restaurant, ensuring it meets high standards for quality, customer service, and cleanliness. The General Manager works collaboratively with leadership to set goals and develop strategies for success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the restaurant's daily operations to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction standards.
- Guide a team of Department Managers by helping them set departmental goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to enhance performance.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a General Manager, preferably in high-volume quick service restaurant environments, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for management positions in corporate-owned restaurants.
