Overview

As a General Manager at a McDonald's corporate-owned restaurant, you will lead operations to ensure high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness while managing a team towards achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall profitability of the restaurant by setting and executing strategic plans to meet targets.
- Lead and manage a team of Department Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance departmental performance.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to sustain a strong leadership team for the restaurant.
- Collaborate with leadership to set restaurant goals and monitor progress regularly to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager, preferably in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume locations effectively.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for management positions at corporate-operated restaurants.
