Position Overview

Take a major step forward in your executive journey by leading a significant operational division with complete ownership of strategic direction and outcomes. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will be accountable for financial results, operational excellence, client partnerships, employee engagement, and strategic growth projects in a globally recognized enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee all facets of site operations with end-to-end profit and loss responsibility.
  • Manage financial outcomes through meticulous budgeting, planning, and commercial oversight.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to guarantee service quality and enduring partnerships.
  • Formulate and implement strategic plans to boost efficiency, productivity, and profit margins.
  • Promote and maintain a safety-centric culture adhering to all compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate teams by cultivating talent and ensuring high workforce morale.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive ongoing improvements and manage change effectively.
  • Track and enhance performance via KPIs, operational analyses, and strategic business planning.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an established executive leader with a robust commercial approach and proven expertise managing complex logistics, warehousing, transport, supply chain, or industrial operations. Evidence of steering large teams and commanding P&L accountability is essential, along with experience in change initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

  • Extensive senior leadership background in logistics, transport, warehousing, or supply chain sectors.
  • Success in managing sizeable operational teams and delivering business results.
  • Proficient financial management skills including direct accountability for profit and loss.
  • Experience driving transformation, continuous improvement, and managing organizational change.
  • Superior skills in stakeholder management and customer relationship development.
  • Collaborative leadership capable of fostering high-performing teams and positive culture.
