Position Overview
McDonald's Descher Organization is seeking a General Manager to oversee the operational success of a high-volume restaurant located in Moss Point, MS. This leadership role involves ensuring the restaurant consistently meets McDonald’s rigorous standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, while maintaining profitability.
Role Responsibilities
The General Manager collaborates with leadership to establish clear restaurant objectives and develops strategic plans to achieve those goals. Leading a team of Department Managers, this role involves setting departmental targets, monitoring their progress, and delivering coaching aimed at enhancing departmental performance to improve overall restaurant operations.
Additionally, the General Manager is tasked with recruiting and nurturing Department and Shift Managers, ensuring a capable leadership team is in place to support future business growth.
Qualifications and Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants possess prior General Manager experience at busy locations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Candidates must be 18 years or older to qualify for managerial positions at corporate-owned and operated McDonald’s establishments.
