About the Role

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations to sustain profitability and meet McDonald’s customer service standards.
• Collaborate with Department Managers to establish objectives, monitor their progress, and offer guidance and coaching to boost departmental performance.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Department and Shift Managers, ensuring the restaurant is staffed with effective leadership.
