Key Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance and repair tasks across various areas such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical work, and vehicle upkeep.
• Handle routine duties including replacing light bulbs, installing paper dispensers, changing air filters, rekeying door locks, performing minor decorative repairs, and other tasks that do not require a licensed tradesperson.
• Maintain punctual and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned, which may vary depending on business needs and client expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Hold all necessary licenses or certifications required by the city and state for the work performed.
• Be a team player who adapts well, is dependable, and fosters a safe and healthy workplace.
