Job Summary

This role involves performing diverse physical and construction-related tasks essential to progressing and completing projects. Key duties include the safe and efficient execution of assignments with strong attention to detail, fostering teamwork to uphold workflow and quality standards across the site, and promoting a safe and organized workplace by complying with all safety regulations and work protocols.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage in general labor duties such as preparing work sites, moving materials, and maintaining equipment.
  • Adhere strictly to safety procedures and utilize mandatory personal protective equipment.
  • Support teammates and various trades in assigned tasks to enhance project efficiency.
  • Inspect materials and working areas for safety compliance and quality standards, reporting any concerns promptly.
  • Keep tools, equipment, and work environments clean and in good working order.
  • Provide regular updates on task progress and issues to project leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years working experience in general labor, construction, or akin industries.
  • Mandatory OSHA 10-Hour Construction safety certification; OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
