Job Overview

This full-time position involves supporting daily operations through various tasks including cleaning, food preparation, meal service, and dishwashing.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and shared areas through housekeeping tasks.
• Assist in food preparation, setup and cleanup of chairs and tables, serve meals, deliver trays, and ensure kitchen cleanliness by dishwashing.
• Follow health and safety protocols, promptly report any injuries or hazards to supervisors, and handle additional reasonable requests from management.

Candidate Profile

• Must possess a valid Food Handler Certificate or an equivalent provincial certification.
• Prior experience in housekeeping and food service is advantageous.
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care environments is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in English both spoken and written, with the capacity to follow written and oral instructions accurately.
