You will support the daily operations of the site, engage with guests, and assist with upkeep to help maintain the exceptional reputation of Walter Peak.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of Walter Peak High Country Farm
• Welcome and support guests upon arrival to enhance their experience
• Maintain the condition of wharves, pathways, staff and public facilities
• Help manage stores, handle deliveries, monitor stock, and provide assistance with food services
• Oversee waste management and recycling throughout the property
• Prepare, split, and stack firewood for BBQ use
• Operate company vehicles safely and conduct required vehicle inspections
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest experiences

Candidate Requirements

• Enjoy physically demanding, hands-on work
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong dedication to the role
• Friendly and enjoys providing quality customer service
• Works well within a team environment
• Committed to maintaining clean, safe, and attractive facilities
• Holds a full New Zealand Driver Licence
