Role Overview

The General Assistant will play an essential role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and safety standards within our gym facilities. This position requires a dedicated individual capable of multitasking, engaging with members professionally, and upholding the high standards set by JD Gyms.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to all Health and Safety Employee Policies and Company Procedures.
• Maintain compliance with JD Gyms Brand Standards at all times.
• Perform routine cleaning and safety inspections on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Promptly report any defects or safety hazards affecting the gym building or equipment.
• Maintain the gym facility at the highest levels of cleanliness.
• Comply with uniform standards consistently.
• Deliver exceptional service to all gym members.
• Engage actively in colleague training sessions to promote service excellence throughout the organization.
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned.
