Role Overview

The Assistant Store Manager (also known internally as Customer Service Manager) plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to maximize sales, ensure smooth operations, and cultivate a motivating and positive workplace.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in management or leadership.
• Exemplary customer service skills with the ability to lead by example.
• Natural team motivator capable of inspiring and engaging team members.
• Proficiency in training staff, driving floor sales, and delivering consistent results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, inventory control, health and safety standards, and store security protocols.
