About The Role

Become an integral part of the rebel rCX Doncaster team as an In-House Visual Merchandiser. This position involves creating compelling visual retail displays that captivate customers and elevate the in-store experience. You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager and VM leadership to implement visual campaigns and strategies, all in a dynamic store environment with a team of 80+ members.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate effectively in a fast-paced setting to deliver impactful visual merchandising solutions.
• Lead and mentor store team members, providing training to uphold outstanding visual standards.
• Work alongside management and visual merchandising leaders to execute campaigns and meet visual objectives.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming store environment ensuring excellent customer experiences.

• Possess robust experience in fashion and apparel visual merchandising within retail stores.
• Capacity and enthusiasm to provide team guidance and training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across various levels.
